General shipping terms
Payments to Afra Logistics Services cover shipping services only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Vehicle shipments
Vehicle customers are responsible for destination-port charges, customs duties, shipping-line charges, handling, amendments, and other applicable destination costs. Towing to the warehouse or loading point is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Door-to-door service
Afra Logistics Services may facilitate delivery to the receiver’s door at the customer’s cost. Pickup options may also be available.
Packaging
Goods must be properly packed, secured, and sealed before tender unless Afra Logistics Services has separately agreed to provide packing services.
Returned checks
Customers are responsible for returned checks. Bank fees plus an additional $35 returned-check fee may apply.
